Received quickly, the description is perfect, the quality is much better than the universal ones I took. I can't answer how well they worked because I screwed up and forgot to bleed the tank and let it fill completely before turning the power back on and the top immediately burned off.

A quick search revealed that the problem was most likely a bad element. With a simple multimeter I could see it was the bottom element. Both replaced (as 2 came in a box) and the water heater works as it should. Cheap and easy repair. OH. I bought an outlet that stands up to the elements. that made the job even easier.

Would have given five stars if it wasn't for the packaging. They came in a paper envelope with bubble wrap. Somewhere along the way (maybe the courier who left this on my doorstep?) they knocked. So the plastic cap on one of the elements cracked. Of course I discovered this while draining the water heater so I was able to seal the cracked area with tape but more secure packaging probably would have avoided this.
