I've been using branditt for over two years now across multiple brands in my organization with no issues at this time! No complaints as yet - great product that has helped our business grow exponentially since its implementation!! The customer support has been great; fast responses and quick fixes. We love that they are so active with new software releases making it super easy for us customers! One feature we can always count on at other software companies is if you don't like something within their product, there may be workarounds but this is not even an issue with brandIT's staff/support team.
