The metal rod needs to be adjusted like many toilets and the rod broke when adjusting. Very disappointed that it was never useful, only in the garbage and down the drain.

The charm of this polished brass toilet flush lever inspires me to clean and polish the rest of the toilet to keep everything looking great. Best buy ever.

Fixed an issue that had existed in this toilet for some time. Works because the plug cannot be lowered behind the flush handle. A little concerned about the lightweight construction, but so far so good

Looks good. Unfortunately it's junk. Never bend the lever arm, otherwise it will crack and break. The lever is made of brass plated zinc (white metal) and is very fragile. I just never learn to see where an item is made before I buy it.

Solid Brass? More like a cheap chocolate Easter bunny that's hollow, but it's worse: The metal of the handle is so thin that the rear top edge "cuts" into your fingertips, reminding you every time you're buying a cheap one bought POS. Either I remove and fill the gap with epoxy - or I go back.

A few problems with it. My old grip on the left side of the tank was facing forward. This points to the rear and is not easy to reach. You can actually flip it as the stem curves towards the front of the tank. And it's a lightweight plastic covered in brass paint - I don't think it will last long.

The description is misleading. When I opened the package and saw that the lever I received was plastic and not brass, I immediately started returning it. What a waste of time and money to send it to me and have someone return the next day for collection. If it were true that this lever is plastic, I would keep scrolling

This product is not even worth the low price. Trust the other folks here when they say there's no way to set it properly, so there's a good chance it will dangle and dangle during installation if you're unlucky and don't have the right bowl. Mine was less than satisfactory after installation i.e. loose and flexible! The handle does NOT look like brass. I believe this is nothing more than cheaply painted plastic.
