Great experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud

The software has great features that help my team understand our customers needs better than ever before as well as their expectations from us so far this year. It's easy for new people coming into an organization who are more used to newer technology to use it with ease too! Easy access in real time! - Accessibility can be improved but I think they have made some improvements since last week when i attended training. We've been able to see which channels/funnels perform best at different times

  • The software is not very intuitive or easy to learn for new users and it's not very user friendly

Great and simple to navigate Call Tracking Software

The best part about this software was that it helped me manage my calls in one central place which made it easier for customers as well because they could get help faster than if I had them call multiple times or use different softwares like skype etc. This also reduced costs since i did not have employees calling out each time there were issues with their accounts so much less staff needed! It's hard at first but once you start using it everything will be fine! Nothing really nothing bad just…
