this is my favorite shampoo and conditioner! My hairstylist used it in the salon and loved the smell and ever since she told me its name I keep buying it. Small things have a big impact. The bottles are big so they last a while which is saying a lot considering I wash my hair every day and have long hair. I highly recommend trying it out, I'm so glad I did!

I really like this shampoo and conditioner. My stylist told me that, so I gave it a try. I have fine, breakage-prone hair with dry ends but an oily scalp. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser. Haven't tried the products yet but wanted to let everyone know that the shampoo cap was opened and the product spilled into the bag containing the bottles. I lost about 1/4 of the product. It went into the box it was sent in. I decided to keep the item as it would cost me $1 to send it back in a new box. I doubt I will order again no matter how good it is. I have never had this problem with a Joico product.

I had an itchy head and after realizing I was allergic to the shampoo I stopped using it and started using the Bain de Terre Passion Flower Color Protecting Shampoo. from my showroom and guess what, everything will be back to normal.… LOOK WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!

I was delighted to receive this in the post but was very disappointed when it arrived. The lid of the shampoo broke and it spilled all over the box. I ordered something else to go with it and luckily it wasn't damaged. But the shampoo bottle was almost empty and I think I sent it back. For $40 I expect to get what I paid for. Very glad I found this at Revain! My hairstylist used this on my hair for highlights and said it was safe for color treated hair. This seller had the best price (better than the salon) and pumps included! And yes, the product made gentle waves, not fluffiness!

The photo shows that the pumps come with shampoo and conditioner. Very deceptive! I have not received them. Not worth sending back but I am very disappointed and will not order again.

My hairdresser uses it in his shampoo and I love the smell! My hair is chemically treated with bleach every 6 months (I only bleach because I'm naturally blonde, but I love the contrast the bleach gives my hair). DO NOT buy shampoo and conditioner from this seller! Both my daughters and I have been using it for a few weeks and everyone has started to experience severe hair loss/fallout! We haven't changed anything else, so we know this shampoo and conditioner must be the culprit. I should have guessed when the scent wasn't quite the same as the one they use on me in the salon, but I kept using it. Buyer warning!
