Bushwacker 14010 Trail Armor Corner Review

I bought these after pressing the corner of the back into the wood - varnished them to match and they are barely visible (which was mine Intention). My only issue is that the throttle opening wasn't perfectly positioned and is a bit uneven so the body line isn't aligned at the top and therefore creates a small gap. Of course, I already paid her to paint, so that's it. If I ever remove them I'll try carving the gas door hole a little deeper.

So before ordering them I specifically asked if they would match my make/model for my JKU. Two answers, both yes. They fit, but not to my liking. As you can see, they don't embrace the wing the way I'd like them to. And it was a pain to get around the gas hole, which I've read about in other reviews from people having similar issues. The passenger side around the taillight looks like whoever cut it had a bad day. And on the same side, when I open the gate, the plastic gets stuck in the hinge…

Expect a perfect product. There were ragged clippings that weren't even accurate. You can tell that the person who created the cutouts isn't proud of their work or just doesn't care. Even the sticker with the bushes was crooked! I had to file the edges of the cutout to make it look smooth and tweak it a bit to make the headlights fit better. Given that this is a Bushwacker product, I expected more considering these things cost $100. Wouldn't recommend it. Better get legal metal corner…
