Excellent Customer Service and Overall Experience

I like to use BWith for almost all my projects of photography business (from weddings & celebrations till fashion). The service provider has good support system available 24/7 via helpdesk which makes it easy when you need assistance in any part at time! Great experience so far!! Not much thing but would be great if they can add more templates or icons from different sources apart than their own website template library - It could make things look cleaner overall because we have limited options

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Good documentation, user guides are helpful too.
  • Support is quick as well :)
  • Customer Service team works quickly with issues raised through email queries also very nice response times !(10 mins max)
Cons
  • Still waiting few features here n there.
  • Some minor bugs still exist
  • Only 1 social media account integration per

Excellent Customer Support & Overall Amazing Tool

We like everything about this tool but especially their customer support! They are very attentive to your needs no matter how small they may be or what you want them for!! The only thing I dislike at all in regards of bWith us was having too much ads when posting pictures through it (some people don't mind).   • Easy uploading can upload directly into website
  • Email notifications sent promptly along wth full details including who uploaded photos & where exactly.
  • Customer service is amazing always helpful, informative friendly

  • Some limitations that some platforms offer.
  • Occassionally additonal work required after initially doing task

Easy scheduler with minimal functionality

I like how it works to send out pictures of my children without me having too much work in advance! It's easy for new parents who don't have time or experience handling multiple accounts at once before this program was available. Not really any dislikes about bwth from what i can tell so far but there are some things you need training if your not used to using them already which would be helpful because they're pretty intuitive otherwise (I'm assuming). There aren’t enough features yet…

Pros
  • Good customer support with fast response times.
  • Can do more than social media marketing, also email newsletter creation is included within basic plan allowing emails sent automatically every week/month etc
  • Includes photo uploads & tagging along side postings making uploading photos super simple no longer necessary extra software needed that
