Very intuitive, user friendly and affordable

I like that this is an easy way for me as well my team members in order analyze our customer's website traffic patterns without having access into any client side code (which would be very expensive). This has made us more efficient than we thought possible by allowing all staff at different locations around Australia work together seamlessly with no downtime issues! There are still some areas where there could potentially improve such things being able change your report format etc but overall

  • Simple to use
  • Great product support from vendors
  • Very user friendly interface compared against others similar products.
  • Easy integration capabilities between systems via API calls or CSV export options, especially good if new users need help starting off their reports :)

  • Almost everything is ok
