Fits Medium Leer XL

Replaces the original Leer XL brackets on my Nissan Frontier. As other reviews have noted, they offer plenty of lift support. Step to one side when opening the sunroof for the first time. The specs are a little lower than my case, I should have replaced the brackets a long time ago as the old ones were removed once. Installation was easy, taking 5 minutes to demolish the old one and insert the new one.

Perfect fit, replaces my original Suspa C16-16805

This was a perfect replacement for my 2003 Ford F-150 Snugtop Camper Shell. I could not find the original Suspa C16-16805 stand. Suspa C16-20651 has the same characteristics. Sizes are the same when compressed and expanded fits a 10mm bullet, just like my original. The only difference I noticed is that this rack is rated at 39lbs versus my original 40lbs. Don't think 1 pound makes a difference, it works great and is very easy to install.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I love her. Yesterday

in hindsight I should have bought supports that offer 28lbs of lift not the 40lbs they offer. As a previous reviewer said, the sunroof on the top of my truck almost took my chin off the first time it opened! But now that I'm used to them, I love them. I drove almost 30 minutes yesterday with the sunroof open because I had a couch hanging out of my bed; there were no problems at all. These props kept it completely open. Don't worry about it falling off and tearing the fabric on the sofa.

Perfect Fit: Lift Legs

When I bought a LEER cover for a used truck the supports were worn and the glass cover didn't stay on. I got a number from the old ones and the product description for the exact part number in this addon says 39 pounds for each shock, my old one said 40 pounds on it, I went ahead and ordered it and the new kit arrived the next day and on both 40 pounds are written. Not sure why the product description says 39lbs but rest assured they weigh 40lbs just like the original. The cover works…

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Expensive

Exact replacement for my '98 Tacoma's Empty. Used a wooden pole to support the door (and practiced bo-kata) for a while. I'm so glad I found her at Revain! As one of the other reviewers pointed out, 40 pounds is a bit much, and a rack is just about right. After you install both, the door will swing open with enough force to throw a basketball off the free throw line for the perfect swing! I might consider removing the second post and using it as a spare instead.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

110% satisfied with spare parts

After years of being hit in the head by my tailgate on my 2003 Ranger, I finally got a decent hit to the head. I looked at the counter and took a picture of the label. I looked here at Revain and for $22 a pair I could put an end to my misery! I ordered, they came very very quickly and I got them delivered this weekend. Fits perfectly! Now it opens so unexpectedly fast that I have to watch out for a chin bang! ha ha Fantastic quality and like I said perfect fit. I used a flat head screwdriver…

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Communication with seller

40 pounds each is too much for a lightweight glass door on the back of a Lear RV for Toyota Tacoma. One is all you need! I didn't know what to think as I remembered the spacers and tried to squeeze them together with my bare hands. It takes a lot of strength to do that! At first I thought something was wrong with them because I wasn't expecting that much spring resistance and decided I bought the wrong part. I was fooled by the Amazon reviews I read. But I decided to just replace a flimsy jamb…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
