Great tool for managing customer relationships

I like that it integrates with my CRM so we can see our contact information at one glance (also allows us access via mobile app). The ability to send emails back from within Callie makes this very useful as well! There isn't anything really about call center software in general or specifically what you get when purchasing through Trillium Communications which has been great thus far but there are some things missing here too - would love more features such as time tracking etc., also wish they
