Great concept. Small, you have to charge several times a day. The spring that holds the hay in place keeps slipping, you just have to reattach it. It slips out because the bunnies pull on it when they are angry that they are running out of hay. The rest shouldn't be a problem.

I've read reviews on some sites that you shouldn't buy these hay holders. I ignored this advice to my detriment. My rabbit couldn't get the hay out without removing the spring clip and clip. After that, he'll drag it all over the place because it's not designed to hold hay without a clip.

We recently adopted two rabbits. When we found out they were both males we had to separate them which meant I needed a different feeder. We feed timothy hay as the main food source and this keeps them in place while still allowing them to eat whatever they want. Definitely saves on trash, as it just falls to the ground like before. I will buy more if needed.

My piglets chewed on their flanks first to find out what it was but I think they like to eat off of it, not off the ground like they used to before I got it. They can easily get all the hay and I can put a lot of hay in for them! Ladies may be messy but they don't pull out the hay and leave it on the ground and they can eat all the hay out of it with no problem.

I like it a lot more than regular hay feeders because the hay stays in it. Before a lot of hay is wasted because it lands on the bottom of the cage and then spills over everything. My guinea pigs don't bite it either. I wish there was a metal ring around the whole thing instead of just the front. If it's not screwed tight, the pigs will end up tipping it over, and that's how it's going to end if you don't fix it.

This is the best hay feeder I have ever used. I like its size because it can hold enough hay to keep my rabbit going all day. I fill it up in the morning and then again at night before bed. He always has enough hay to nibble on. The wire part at the front keeps the hay in place, which avoids a lot of dirt in the cage. Depending on how aggressive your pet is, some of the hay may fall out as you pull on it. The hay feeder is very easy to install in just 2 minutes.

Works well, the springs hold the screen plate tight and the plastic body is thick and strong. Installation was easy, with a head screw on the lid to hold it against the mesh wiring of their rabbit enclosure. One star deduction for the price. It's not that big and consists of two pieces of plastic and base metal that are attached to each other. Under 10€ I would give 5 stars, but for 15€ it's not a good price. The thing is high quality but expensive because of the materials used.
