Installed, limits the adjustability of the standard mirror. The attached mirror couldn't be adjusted far enough, so I had to lean forward and turn my head to the left to see if there was movement behind me. Very limited utility so didn't fiddle with it on the way home; just left it.

The mirror is not very good. The clips push down the stock mirror on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma because there is not enough room for the clips. This means that the truck's mirrors are no longer adjustable and are pointing in the wrong position. Also, the clip on the mirror is now individually adjustable, so simply indicate where it hits and snaps into place. Terrible.

My truck is a Chevy Colorado, the mirrors just don't cut it because it's so small. An extension has been added to each side mirror. It's great to be able to see while towing the Aliner. LOL They fit perfectly and attach to the original mirrors with just enough grip. That gives me just enough security not to worry about them falling off. I often forget they are there.

They say universal, but mounting on the passenger side can cause problems. When used on the passenger side, the straps hook onto the underside of the mirror. Depending on the transom mount, the clip on the inner strap may not work due to the length of the clip. The product requires a separate passenger mirror as it cannot be reconfigured in any way to match the jeep jl factory mirror. These mirrors have rubber bands that make the mirror too flexible in the wind causing the mirror to vibrate. After driving 20 miles, one of the thumb studs that I tightened before leaving my house came loose. I stopped at a gas station, closed the door and the mirror fell off. I bought these mirrors for my Toyota Tacoma because I can't find any OEM mirrors that work the same as factory electric mirrors. They are universal so they fit and work well. The weak point was the rubber bands. One broke after four or five uses. They aren't super expensive but I would expect better quality than these. Update: I used them towing an RV on my tundra for about 8 hours return trip in the rain. They had to be readjusted several times and actually seemed to pick up raindrops that obstructed the view. Maybe rainX or something like that will help. The large passenger side mirror doesn't have enough adjustment options to work on my truck. It just doesn't cut. The outermost mirror was ok at best. All mirrors vibrated rapidly. Not useless, but not a great solution either as a quick view wasn't possible.
