We bought this mirror last July when we first received our new caravan. On the third exit, the suction failed and the mirror fell off, hitting the side of our truck. Of course, the 30-day return period had expired, so that was our loss. We gave the mirror and suction cup area a thorough cleaning, but still didn't stop. Pass this mirror, the concept is good but it doesn't work properly.

For better suction, wipe the mirror, lick your thumb and run it along the rim of the cup before tightening. Your side mirror will fall off before the suction stops!

I have a 2013 Ford Expedition EL and drove 4 hours these mirrors worked great. I used to not be able to see around my 33ft forest river, but with these mirrors mounted as close to the edge of the mirror as possible, it worked great.
