Great (what is it for?

Okay, this is great for a 4" sewer pipe. On the 3" pipe I didn't use the soft black rubber ring, I wrapped a piece of soft foam rubber around it with some gray hard plastic and slid it into the 3" drain hole. Unless you want to improvise, I would suggest ordering one that has both a 3" and 4" collar. One way to improve this would be to add one 45ยฐ M/F adapter to allow the hose to lay flat on the ground.

not used yet. on brackets and fittings for sewer hoses

I hope it works. I've tried draining my gray water tank with a hose (my tanks have a hose attached to the lid for exactly this purpose), but it took me a while to get the flow through the hose and down the drain. I don't know if there was too much pressure in the garden hose or what. Next time I slowly open the gray valve. However, I was always afraid that the hose might fall out of the drain, which is why I bought this product. I'll find out soon but haven't used it yet.

Not a very good product - good idea, bad result

To be honest this is a very disappointing product. The rubber is so stiff that it doesn't compress enough to hold it in the riser, which is otherwise the right diameter to hold it. I bought it because the gray water tank in my small RV is quite small and I figured it would be easier to manage a gray water hose than a sewer hose. But it pops out of the riser because the rubber is so hard. Turns out it's actually easier to run a sewer hose with its nozzles - it's a lot safer in the riser thanโ€ฆ

  • There are flaws

I bought this for my pull out RV's sink and shower drains. Overall, I was very happy with the build quality, ease of use, and functionality. I recently visited a campsite where the sewer connection was smaller than the smallest dot on the rubber grommet. I had to push the plastic case through the gasket into the hole to keep it aligned and push it down from the top. After that everything worked and lasted 4 days. Make sure you have a soft hose that bends easily. Otherwise you will find that the

But does the job. at Motorhome Parts & Accessories

This one has a job and does it well. It is designed to attach to the end of a sewer hose and direct the water down the drain. The outer rubber jacket seals the tube. If the tube is too small to use rubber, the inner plastic can be removed from the rubber seal and inserted directly into the tube. It works as intended for both types of drain. The only flaw we found was that the inner tube didn't seal well with the rubber outer seal. This is because the hose will fall out of the rubber seal ifโ€ฆ
