terrible product support

Received my block and got it working. My machine came in an open box, apparently missing the instruction manual and CD. The device worked fine until it was full. I downloaded and deleted all videos. Now the camera stops recording video because it shows "Card full". No video files are displayed in the camera. My email to the company said to reformat the card. How can I do this without a disc, and if the camera doesn't show any video files, why reformat!

Excellent Camera - Video

I like these cameras. I bought several for my team. I like the pre-record feature. I wish it was easier to turn on the camera and start recording with a simple push of a button. Most of the time I have to look at the camera to make sure it's recording. After shooting, the camera takes a high-quality picture, it's easy to transfer files to a computer, and a removable battery is a great feature. I don't use the night vision function regularly. , because the camera will see more than my naked eye,

DON'T BUY WASTE MONEY

Received this last week after the deaf cam stopped recording They send it with a spare battery. There is no red recording indicator to let you know that only the green indicator is being recorded, which will stay green no matter what. The case is less durable than the muff and the clip that holds it is very small. If you run or even bend over it, it will fall down. There is also no way to add your ID number to the timestamp. Mufly makes the picture and sound quality much worse than expected…

Honesty isn't worth the trouble or the money and I have 20 and I'm not getting my money back.

I own and run a security company so we use it every day. I ordered a whole bunch for the company because nobody had body cams and I wanted to make it mandatory. That being said, I'm not a guy who had a camera and had a problem one day. I can't stand the battery in these things. Maximum 30-40 minutes per battery. I feel like they were better in the beginning but all my boys have problems with dead batteries, they have chargers in the car and at home. You can't buy a battery, so you have to buy…

These things must be carefully studied before buying. Misleading

When they say 9 hours of battery life, what they really mean is that the total battery life of BOTH batteries that come with the kit is 9 hours. I would even be happy with that, but each battery lasts about 40 minutes. I don't care much about things so I ONLY contacted them to buy more batteries. Depending on how much they cost I would buy a couple of batteries. Then I was told that there are NO batteries. Additional batteries are not sold. The only batteries they have are INSIDE the camera…
