- Many things have been stated, and all of them are correct, concerning virtues. In particular, the high quality of the images (given sufficient shooting parameters), the pleasing hues, and the pleasant, if less crisp than RAW camera JPG. While 18 megapixels seems like a lot, when photographing in a controlled environment (such as a studio) or with a tripod, the extra clarity is well than worth it. Another crucial feature is that, while keeping one's eye on the viewfinder, one's right hand may adjust all the relevant shooting settings (my new camera, of a higher class, needs to use the left hand to change iso). Excellent whale lens (maybe a good copy).

- - Significant image degradation occurs when the iso value is increased to or beyond 4000. Low-frequency noise causes color floatiness and a decline in DD. As nobody is expecting miracles from the harvest, any outcome beyond ISO 3200 seems to me to be satisfactory. Negatives (most people won't need it, which is a bummer for photo fetishists) The 600d does not have good stretch. With an iso of 100, you can avoid extremes of light or dark by one stop. Color noise cannot be totally suppressed, and the noise pattern during extraction is unattractive, consisting of vertical stripes (banding). The color spreads out in broad swaths. Also, while the screen is closed, it is protected. 6) The capacity to record high-quality video 7) A good focusing system on any place in the eye 7) The dust-proof, anti-static die is reliable and will not clog for a long time. 8) No grain or dead pixels even at ISO 1600 9) It's a nice weight, it's the right size, and the buttons are right where your fingers naturally rest. Ten) It works well with traditional lenses (non autofocus like Helios) 11) The camera comes with a massive handbook that you should skim before using it (THIS IS ESSENTIAL!) - 1) Weakly adjacent native flash, constant foreboding of imminent opening 2) The camera's light balance and exposure can be off at times when set to automatic, although this is a flaw shared by all digital cameras. (3) Two lenses, a whale lens and another (one lens is rarely sufficient) or, if one's heart lies in macro photography, a set of adapter rings, are desirable to have on hand. 4) It's expensive, but it's worth it.
