🍲 Keep Foods Fresh with Avid Armor Vacuum Food Storage Canisters - 3-Piece Set with Clear Bottoms, White Locking Lids, Universal Hose Attachment, and Marinating Capability Review

They seem to work fine. I wish the lids worked better, they just slide off if you don't hold onto them while cleaning. It would be nice if you could use the bin without vacuuming first. I would also like to have had more sizes to choose from.

I have FM2100. The interface does not work with the optional port. There is a workaround if I disassemble my car. Although I'm not sure I want it. I gave it a star because the containers really hold up after finding my FoodSaver tube. The hose that came with the kit was not compatible with my FoodSaver model.

They are easy to use and seal well. When I opened them later, I heard the sound of air. I use them to store things like crackers and the like so they don't become stale. I haven't had them long enough to judge their durability so I didn't rate them that way but they seem well made.

I received my canisters today. Have tried several times to vacuum with all 3 canisters. You never pressured me. The seals on the lids are very loose. I have a number of food containers and these containers seal much better when I have to pull hard to separate the lid without closing it. The lids on these cans come off very easily. So basically I have a set of expensive plastic canisters that cannot be sealed. 1 star for me.

Excellent quality product. Very durable and well designed. It comes with a vacuum hose that can be used with any vacuum sealer with a canister function. Well packed. The product is very durable and works very well. It was very difficult to find a good vacuum container that works. The quality of Avid Armor is excellent and it works great. I store coffee, chips, cereal, popcorn and they stay fresh for a long time. Also phenomenal customer service if you ever have any problems. Highly recommended.

This is amazing. I keep King Hawaiian Bread in it after we open the package and it stays fresh for weeks without mold or staleness. But if you take them without a seal, nothing will attach the lid to the base. Unscrewing the vacuum hose in the direction of the "open" valve releases and seals the vacuum. Also suitable for marinating meat. It sucks all the air out and the liquids go into these pockets and really seep into the flesh. Really great for that. I wish they had also made a long but…

The nipple on the integrated handheld vacuum is perfect for containers and pulls the vacuum well. I'm not thrilled that the FoodSaver changed the design from an accessory port to a built-in device, but at least it works with these third-party containers as you can't find a FoodSaver container for a reasonable price. Addendum: still good. It would be nice if the caps held up better without a vacuum cleaner, but oh well. I ended up damaging one of mine when I accidentally placed it on the bottom…
