I love this paper. My prints show the strokes of my pastels and sticks and the prints of my canvases. Hooray! The only issue I had was that all the mounting tapes and adhesives I have won't hold prints on my matte panels unless attached with top frame mats. I know it's a small price to pay for such beautiful reproductions, but I don't always want to have everything under glass. However, I love this paper and am ordering more. Thanks Kanson!

Fade lasts longer than you or I likely and is very bright white. Edition Etching Rag's whiteness is truly amazing considering it's made without optical brighteners. Canson claims to have the purest white on the market and I can believe it after printing with it. It's so white that at first I couldn't believe it didn't contain optical brighteners (fluorescent chemicals are added to make the material look very bright white, but these fade over time from UV exposure). I recently had to look for my new "plain" inkjet paper as my previous one was discontinued. I went through the usual; Ilford, Breathing Color, Moab, Museo, Inkpress, Epson etc. There are many good papers out there but this paper smells of quality. It's the right balance of texture and smoothness to add a little more to your image but also preserve exceptional detail. The brand is solid, which isn't always the case in this industry.
