I like this carburetor gasket. This is the perfect solution when there is a gap problem under the hood. I have an air intake and stock hood on my '65 Mustang and this has allowed me to warm up my Holley 750 a bit without having to buy a new hood.

Top product. I had to modify it for my use on the "65 Corvette" because it is a 4 hole brace and I needed one side to have two holes and the other side to be open. So I sawed the jumper between the two holes and made it completely open to fit my stock aluminum intake manifold. Works perfectly!

The pad itself is a good product but nowhere in the description does it say pads are not included. The description recommends a set of studs as the accumulator, but makes no mention of spacers. That's the first question that comes to mind when ordering, so it's a good idea to simply update the product description.

Good workmanship, symmetrical tight fit on square bore manifold. Used with the Holley 4160 carburetor to maintain proper throttle clearance on the stock Mopar 67 440HP manifold. I also vouch that it helps reduce heat transfer and minimize vapor lock. The 4-hole spacer ring is said to have helped reduce engine power at low rpm and eliminate stumble at idle - and it did just that for my application.

I used this on my Holley Sniper EFI system after experiencing a creepy loud whistle when opening the throttle about 30%. This gasket not only eliminated the whistle, but also made the throttle body cooler than before; which is very important for the Sniper system as the ECU is part of the throttle body.
