My daughters are mixed race and I have perfect curly hair and perfect curls. Sometimes I find her a good shampoo, but as soon as I get out of the bath and try to comb her hair, it's so dry my head hurts. This product is so amazing it leaves the perfect amount of moisture in her hair that even when I brush her hair after a bath she doesn't feel it. I will buy this shampoo for my daughter forever!

I think my 3 year old has great loose curls but I've found that the baby/baby shampoo I've used has left them less defined. I was looking for a tear free shampoo for curly hair and this was the only one I could find. I will say that this is a good shampoo for my daughter's very curly hair. I don't use it in every wash because I rotate shampoos to keep it effective and limit build-up. However, I gave this shampoo 3 stars because I used the shampoo once on my curly hair and my scalp was very itchy! My daughter hasn't complained but I have a sensitive scalp so just a warning for those sensitive to certain shampoos and hair products.

My son has unique hair (as he is mixed like his mother). It has a smooth texture but is thick and curly. He had severe dandruff problems with regular shampoo so I switched to this shampoo to see how it worked. His curls are more defined and dandruff has completely disappeared. Just tried it on my "slightly" wavy hair, just to experiment. The first thing that struck me was the aroma. Kids are attracted to the smell of bubble gum and want to wash their hair all the time! Bought this for my 2 year old son. So far, so good. Makes great soaps. My hair is clean and smells great afterwards! I also bought an air conditioner and a detangler.
