I wear them for West Coast Swing and love them! They're tight, but not tight. Neoprene is soft and breathable. The heel took some getting used to as the bridge of the sole between heel and pad is elastic and therefore stretches with the foot. This means that sometimes the heel will move if you kick with the heel first instead of the ball of your foot. No buckles or straps, making it easy to put on and take off when dancing different dances.

I was just hoping that this shoe would make a great replacement for my Pedini 321 which I couldn't find in my size and it is! I ordered US 9. I'm British 6 and usually buy US 8.5. My front foot is wide and my ankle is very small (watch out for weird feet!). I was concerned that the front would be narrow and while I could probably decrease the length by half a size, I think I could use a 9 for the width of the front.
