, really one of the best carbohydrate supplements! I see amazing results and growth! This supplement has almost no flavor. Thus, it can be mixed with other supplements or smoothies without affecting the taste. Not only is this product great, but so is the customer service. I had a small problem and they sent me another bottle although it could be solved without sending me a new bottle. Feedback: I hope they come out with a different size that can hold twice as many servings.

I love this material. I've added it to everything from oats to cereal or smoothies. BUT it sticks very easily. I find it best to dilute with some cold water, let sit for a minute first, then add to food or drink. It's unflavored which is a big plus for me, although just drinking it on the water is a bit weird, I personally can't. but i love it This is my fourth time ordering. It has helped me a lot to gain weight quickly and safely. highly recommend!

Product works. However, it didn't work as well as just eating spaghetti. However, it acts faster when consumed because it is micronized. But if you want it to really work, you need to drink at least 2 scoops for a full serving. This stuff works and you can mix it with amino acids and it works great. Also, it didn't taste like anything else, so it can be mixed with anything. I also wish it had potassium and sugar so it could definitely be a worthy buyer, well ahead of anyone else on the market…
