I like how easy it was for me as someone without IT skills or experience in using technology at all (and also not really tech savvy)to use this software-it's intuitive! I like how easy it makes scheduling appointments for my patients! It's very user friendly and has great customer service. The system doesn't seem as robust or up-to date as some of our competitors' systems, but we are working closely with them to get those issues resolved in the near future. Careconnect allows for seamless communication between our organization and our partners. The ease of use has been instrumental in helping us manage our relationships with multiple partners across different states. It's not perfect but it gets the job done! They have made some improvements over time. We are still working out kinks but they are making progress.
