Description of Carter P76493M Fuel Module Assembly

Built to meet or exceed OEM fit and reliability and 100% factory tested and approved. Includes patented Clean Screen strainer, which provides up to 40% greater dirt-holding capacity than the next-best competing strainer, providing longer life with less clogging. Solid silver fuel sender contact design provides better electrical conductivity, extending sender contact life while providing resistance to corrosive fuel blends and additives. Armatures are over molded for optimum balance and long life, reducing turbulence with added wire protection. Most applications include the necessary accessories such as tank seals, patented high-gradient density strainers, and wiring harnesses.

OEM quality at a significantly lower price.

Installation was easy. Virtually no tools are required other than a hammer and punch. Item is marked Carter but OEM with identifying marks removed at a significantly lower price. Works perfectly. A tip: if you are replacing the fuel pump, do yourself a favor and change the fuel filter.
