UV protection without killing coral

My wife loves these swim shirts, they are very light and burn easily. These t-shirts made it easier to play in the pool or sea, now we don't have to worry about sunburn. The laces on each side are adjustable so the bottom of the shirt matches the bottom of the waist.

Pros
  • Made in the USA and Imported
Cons
  • Minor issues

Nice rash guard but don't wear it if you plan on jumping off a boat

This rashguard was worn in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was amazing until I jumped out of the boat to snorkel. Lightning scratched my neck! I recommend going up a size for a looser fit. I really like this rashguard, but for future water excursions choose the no-zip option.

Pros
  • Made in the USA and imported.
Cons
  • wrinkled

Resizing?!?!

I bought the same top in blue last October. I liked it so much that I bought the same one in the same size in white. I took off the tags and washed them before fitting - MY MISTAKE! It fits VERY differently! It looks like a bag! I'm 5ft 7in, 135# - small - huge! Not sure why it's so different. I would have come back if I hadn't removed the labels.

Pros
  • Machine wash
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Highly recommended! in bikinis and capes

I just love this rashguard! I have fairly large breasts and ordered Large and XL to try. I chose to keep the XL size to wear as a shirt for the days we are in and out of the water, but the large size fits perfectly as a watersports rashguard. I wore it for a few days during my recent vacation. I just washed it in the sink and hung it to dry overnight. My skin is very fair and this top saved me from getting burned on a trip. I highly recommend this item!

Pros
  • spandex, nylon
Cons
  • boring packaging

Works well! Looks good!

Love! That! Oh wait, did I mention I like it? This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. ended up looking for a decent rowing shirt and was thrilled to find this - it exceeded my expectations. It's a little loose and so much cooler than if it were tight. White so you don't get too hot in the sun, but medium weight and perfect for chilly days. The zipper helps with heat regulation. The ties on the sides are a bit silly but I actually like the way they let the shirt drape over the hips. I look good…

Pros
  • UPF 50+. Long sleeves and 1.5 inch collar for added sun protection.
Cons
  • Expensive

Cute but maybe not the best quality

Looks like the picture and perfectly protects the skin from the sun. I love the blue color and the simple print. If you're between sizes, the smaller size will probably be safe as it has a lot of stretch and is forgiving of ruffles due to the side ties. I only gave 3 stars because the quality doesn't match the price. I had a few other pieces from this brand that fit well and appeared to be well built so I assumed they would be of good quality and would sail daily for at least a summer. But…

Pros
  • Zipper
Cons
  • Some nuances

A great classic that is an alternative to lots of sunscreen!

I love this rashguard! I live in Hawaii and am a mother of three children. I no longer use chemical sunscreen (unless I'm in an emergency!) and wearing it is MUCH easier than trying to apply zinc oxide sunscreen to your back, shoulders and arms! Now I just have to take care of my legs, upper arms and face. I LOVE that I don't have to worry about sunscreen on my torso and arms at all! I'm wearing this rash guard with a pair of Lands End bikini bottoms that I already had. I love that I can color…

Pros
  • Custom 6.9 oz. jersey, 4-way stretch, 82% nylon, 18% spandex.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Love! This! Oh wait, did I mention I like it? This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. After years of tinkering with ugly surfer rashguards I finally found a decent rowing shirt and was thrilled with the find - it exceeded my expectations.
