Are these really Casabella gloves?

I have been buying and wearing Casabella gloves for many years. I doubt these are really the same gloves. The fit is very small and the material inside and out is sticky making it difficult to slide your hands in and out. The material also appears to be thinner. Terrible repeat of a good reliable brand.

These slippery gloves are for little hands only.

These gloves don't last as well as the cheap ones I buy from Giant. Several times I almost fell the pot due to a bad grip. Also, don't list them so big if they aren't. I don't care about the disclaimer given in the product details. On the other hand, they seem to be more durable, so they have it.

Not lined with fleece good for household items

I have bought gloves from this manufacturer before but it is not the same. The thickness is ok and they run small so I bought a size up but they do NOT have a fleece lining as advertised. My hands get sweaty and the liner keeps my hands dry so without the liner my hands get slippery with gloves on. Pros: Long, good thickness Cons: Runs small (buy one size up)

Comfortable, durable

I have been using gloves from this brand for about 5 years. They are very durable. THEY ARE VERY SMALL - so if you're usually a medium size, you definitely need a large one. I'm a bit disappointed with the current pair's cuff, it doesn't stay folded properly. This means it doesn't collect water, which is the whole point of the cuff design. I'm still glad I bought them. I'm not a pink girl so I like the soft blue more than the fuchsia I had before. I will definitely recommend.

  • Gloves
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than others

I have sensory problems. I'm very squeamish about touching slimy things. So washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms and mopping floors is difficult for me. I bought 4 pairs of these, one for the kitchen, one for each bathroom and a spare. They're so strong and thick enough that I don't feel like I'm touching the uncomfortable stuff. In addition, the length and shape of the sleeve prevent water from entering the gloves. It makes it much easier to eliminate my fear. Highly recommended.

Maybe if you have short fingers.

Everything is fine. Isch. They are definitely NOT worth the extra cost as they are not much more comfortable or durable than other cheaper options. Also, their landing is noticeably *worse*. Other reviewers prepared me that they are snug (and they fit). However, I wasn't prepared for the fact that all of the fingers would be at least an inch shorter! Needless to say, this hampers movement and scares me to use it on delicate items as it's difficult to get used to the sudden reduction in grip. My
