Seams unraveled after 3 washes

Worked great but now the stitching has unraveled after 3 uses and machine wash as directed. The thread along one of the blue edges of the microfiber is completely open. 100 washes don't last :(

poorly designed handle; will not receive a full refund if you return a defective item.

The button did not block in any way, no matter how I turned it. I almost bent it and finally gave up. When I asked to return it as a defective item, O-Cedar did not refund the full purchase price only a partial refund and I was unable to return the additional filler I purchased. I will not buy this brand again.

Spend your money on a real duster

For $20 you would expect better quality. The telescopic handle is junk, it doesn't extend and is made of very cheap aluminium. It feels like I could break it in half with minimal effort. The mop is just as bad, I washed the house once and it's bursting at the seams. I honestly feel like I could buy this at a dollar store. I will return this product as soon as possible.

Great dry mop for household items

Fantastic easy way to clean hard floors (linoleum, wood, tile). A dry mop that removes dust, dirt and hair more effectively than sweeping. Hair sticks to it and unlike sweeping, it doesn't just move dirt/dust around. After I finished cleaning up my large kitchen and tiny bathroom, I just emptied the trash from the trash can outside. Works great and definitely more economical than the Swiffer and more maneuverable than my Dyson vacuum.

Not as good as advertised

The delivery time of the product was short and it was well packaged. I had no trouble adjusting the telescoping handle, which worked great. I'm a bit dissatisfied with the product because I thought the dry part picked up dust, hair and dirt a little better than it does. It also spins constantly when I use it. I haven't figured out how to avoid this. Because of this, it is inconvenient to use. My expectations were not met, I will not buy again.

Quickly cleaned everywhere

Based on some reviews I was concerned about the quality of the mop so I held off the post. Now that I've washed the head several times and confidently bought a spare while washing the first one, I can say I'm happy with the quality of the head. I also like that the mop handle is adjustable and very easy to use. I don't know why I didn't buy a dust wiper sooner. This makes quick cleaning up with a teething child much easier than with a broom. Thanks to the swiveling head, I can easily get under…
