I like that it is easy to use when you finally assemble it. Instructions wouldn't hurt. I've been using it for over a month and it's doing exactly what I wanted.

Mandatory for my car

I installed mine in the CD slot on the dash. Holds my phone very securely and the quick release buckle is easy to use. Adjustable brackets hold many different sized phones.

Wouldn't recommend it.

Doesn't even fit in the factory CD slot. It barely goes in, and the screw tightening it separates the middle tooth and outer teeth. Just very thin and cheap. Not impressed at all, couldn't use it. I tried installing it in a factory Impala 2016 CD player.

I can't believe you can sell these things

The worst engineered piece of grunt I've ever had in my truck. It never seems to catch anything even though I squeeze the pan screw to tighten it. I have a 2005 GMC pickup, when it's in the raised position it shakes wildly and the phone blocks my view of the window. When the ball is upside down it hits the switch and the phone faces the cup holders on the floor, the screen is not visible. It might stay somewhere if I slam the door on it, but otherwise it's useless.

Very useful and stable bracket

If this product had been available before I bought my new Optima a few years ago I would save thousands. I bought my car with a navigation pack (hence the thousands) and it's very limited in what it can do. I put my iPad mini in the CD holder and now I have an Apple device with all the features and functions I love.

Great product but make sure the CD slot is up and not next to the gears.

If your CD player is tall, it will work just fine. I bought this for my 2015 Mustang GT and bought a similar product so gave this one a try. This is a great product, price and does the job. Except that before I bought it I didn't notice that the mount is facing down and not up like the previous one I bought. This sits right in front of my aisles. If your CD slot sits high then you are good. If I take it out of the parking lot, access to it will be better. For the price I'm happily better than a
