Very useful tool for asset management across various vendor solutions

The user interface has been very helpful as I have not used other DAM systems before that made it easy enough even when dealing with multiple vendors or platforms within one organization! There are no obvious downsides but would recommend looking closely into what you need out-of box vs customization options - this might help guide your decision process depending if those needs aligns well w/your use case here? We've solved our challenge around keeping track & managing assets per brand while…

Pros
  • Simple to organize content in folders, tags for metadata like location / product type.
  • Also good support across all brands we deal regularly witn at my current client base where they're using Celum along side another vendor's asset management platform..seems fairly seamless integration wise so far.good experience thusfar :)
Cons
  • Overall design could be improved upon visually maybe more branding

Very helpful tool if your business revolves around content

It is a bit tricky at first. You need someone who knows how it works. If you are not used to working with DAM's this process can be quite frustrating. We have been able to organize our documents so that they are easy to find and make available very quickly when we need them. This has saved us time in looking through multiple email threads or going directly to an old email sent by someone else. If I am not wrong, I think we were the first ones to implement this system here. The best thing about

Pros
  • Easy setup/implementation makes creating content much easier than older systems (e mailing yourself)
Cons
  • No way around learning some HTML but nothing really complicated
