Center Master is great for both sales and customer service

The ability of Centermaster was that it had all you need in one place, from an agent perspective as well as business side (i.e., reporting). As with any software there are some things I would like changed but nothing major or anything other than minor issues such has not having access to certain features when logging into CM directly versus through our PCS server etc.. Also we have been able get everything within center master including phone call recordings which allowed us more flexibility…

Pros
  • It's easy for agents & admin staff alike even those who do minimal computer useage can easily navigate around without much trouble at least initially!! Very user friendly interface once logged in..it is so simple yet powerful!!! There were no problems encountered while operating this program during my time working here..I loved how smooth running system ran throughout most every day operations...and overall very reliable too :) !!!!! Great
