Broken cups

I only opened the first 12 cups, 6 of them are broken. As I'm older and can't lift the box I don't know how to return it. Very disappointed

Great so far!

The only complaint I have is that 3 or 4 cups were chipped in one order. But I will contact the support. This is a great product. Some have residue that I couldn't remove before adding sublimation and I thought they were ruined but I wiped them off and they transfer great! I use a Cricutmug press and it fits perfectly! Microwave and dishwasher were used which was good. Let's see how it goes in a few months.
