In general, I really like the Cerave brand. Their base lotion and cream I smear on the whole face, including the skin under the eyes, and everything feels comfortable. But this cream irritated my eyes. They are always red and swollen after the cream. I tried to retreat more from the mucosa during application, it did not help. My raccoon eyes aren't as intense and not as big after a few weeks. It also made the skin feel less like wrinkled tissue paper, which is nice. I would say that takes 5 years off my 30 year old face.
