Unwrapped cable is good; Poor contrast between lock numbers and metal makes them difficult to see

I like that the cord is not twisted. This makes it easier to manipulate through or around the object I'm trying to attach the laptop to. What frustrates me is the relative lack of contrast between the numbers on the combination and the metal nearby. I'm having a hard time seeing the numbers clearly when trying to unlock the cable. The task becomes three times more difficult if the location is dark (e.g. the trunk of a car) and I have to shine a light on the lock because the metal causes such a…

Protects my portable music gear

I got this for my portable music gear that I take with me (focusrite-solo and novation mkIII mini), it fits both sets by default without being supplied must application. With that in mind, setting up a lock for your own combination might be easier. You need to hold down the reset button while changing the code. And the number counter is not easy to manipulate or see what number you have by holding down the reset button. Anyway it worked, more durable and cheaper than the Kensington. Oh, and it…

Will not fit my new HP Pavilion 15-cs1065cl

Will not fit my new HP Pavilion a5-cs1065cl. The pins on the lock are too thick for the Kensington hole on the laptop case. The Kensington hole is 2.5mm x 5.0mm. This lock looks like a Kensington Nano but is much larger. The tip of each prong is larger than 2.5mm in diameter

The lock promotes peace of mind

This is my first computer security lock and I am very impressed. After a few seconds, I selected the gasket and attached the locking mechanism to the computer. It doesn't move, it can't be pulled out without undue force, and the cord is long enough to wrap around a table leg.
