The quality of this sweater is excellent. I like that it's wool. And they are really attractive. I bought XXL for my boxers based on their size and they only had a big discount on XXL so I took a chance. They are massive. They are almost twice the size given in circumference and length. Because of the good price I keep them to myself; and I hope that the fur will decrease so that I can approach their size. Let's see how it goes. This is a very sweet and snuggly sweater for my pitty mix. I ordered XL for my girlfriend (45lbs, 21" long, 16" neck, 25" girth) as I felt L would be too tight. It was a little big for her so I reduced it a bit in the wash. Since it's wool, it's definitely pulled up! It's really warm and lets her cuddle and comfort when we're not around. I have been buying Chilly Dog sweaters for my pets for many years and recent purchases have not been great. The sweaters arrived with a smell of gasoline or some kind of toxic chemical that I couldn't get out even after washing. Since they are mostly made of 100% wool, they have to shrink, which I always considered when choosing the size.
