The color 'coating' actually got scratched on me in two different places exposing the clear plain glass. Doesn't look like the picture online either.

When I was a kid, my mom used a similar glass bowl with a lid to store body powder and it's a cool and pretty upgrade for doing the same at home. Love it.

So, I take these photos at night with flash, some without, which doesn't convey the real look, they are colorful and very cool! Exactly what I wanted, this design is amazing. They are very thick and durable. I believe the photos provided for the item are correct!

This bowl is just great and complements my vanity perfectly! I bought a small one to use as a homemade body powder and it was the perfect size. The jar arrived safe and sound, not a single chip on it. Definitely a lucky woman!

The edges of the lid and base are not smooth, they have grooves like the outer surfaces. Which would be nice, except the ridges don't allow the top and bottom ridges to align - the ridges of one match the trough of the other. If you want everything to look neat with top and bottom ridges aligned, this can annoy you. Otherwise it looks nice.

Cute little candy plate but only two tiny complaints. Firstly, it's smaller than it looks in the photos, but maybe that's my fault, but I didn't pay attention to the dimensions (if any). Second, the lid fits awkwardly on the plate...both the jar and the lid have tiny ridges or "prongs" that need to be perfectly aligned for the lid to fit snugly. I got the rainbow colors and size of this candy box and it was the perfect size for the candies I wanted (M&Ms and other similar candies). I think the smaller size would probably be fine if you only wanted to put a few handfuls of candy in it, but the larger size was just what I wanted and holds over half a large bag of M&Ms or over a pound of them.
