I was disappointed in the first unit because it did not last for 8 hours the first day. this caused a young granddaughter to be very disappointed. The second unit ; which required about three weeks to finally be replacedis working ok at this time.

Works okay but leaves a little too be desired. Claw can't reach all areas of the case. It is very difficult to get the plastic off the claw. Not a very big opening for loading and unloading. The biggest issue is the volume. It is incredibly loud and there is no volume control. With all that being said, for the price it really is a decent machine. The kids will love it and won't notice much of the issues I've mentioned.

My son got this for Valentines and he Loves it. The issue is it is constantly breaking. The wires need to be soldered better in several spots. I’m knowledgeable and able to fix it myself but if your not you will be very upset with this product. I bought the arcade game for Christmas for my Grandson. It was a big hit. Even his big brother enjoyed it. Who didn't tease their Mom to try the arcade game when leaving the store when growing up? I purchased this as a gift for a 6 yr olds birthday. He loves any claw machine at the arcades so he was beyond excited to have his very own. I purchased the small stuffed animals to put inside and they were super adorable. Fun gift!

I do understand the point of these machines in an arcade is to make money. When my son wanted on for his birthday I assumed it would be more user friendly. It is terribly challenging to get anything out of the machine and it plays the most obnoxious music VERY loudly. There is no way to control the volume on it. We returned this very soon after opening

The product is alright. It’s tiny but still fun. I found it for $29.99 at other retail stores though. I thought it’s not common to find it so ordered from Ebay without researching. Could saved $17

This toy is super loud and has no volume control, which is a huge negative. We damped the sound over the speaker with adhesive foam used for sealing windows. It helped, but dammit man.Otherwise the machine functions and the kids really like it. The toys are a challenge. Mini airheads and smarties don’t really work. Slap bracelets and mini emoji studies worked best. Poof ball novelties were too squishy to pick up.Timed so you get multiple tries before your turn ends.Good for my 8 year old…

The first unit I received was defective and the controls would not move the claw back and forth. Second replacement unit has worked so far but not sure how long it would last as it's not as well constructed as I imagined for the price. It is however fun for the kids to play and we use it to motivate our daughter to behave by her earning coins in which she can use to play the machine. Fun yes but based on my first unit and build not sure it's worth the price.

My son loved this on Christmas morning he was beyond happy I had filled it up with mini plushies. Fully recommend. That's my review.

i bought it as a gift and sadly it doesnt work at all! change the battery even 3 times to understand that its the machine and not the battery. really disappointing

I got this for my son for Christmas and it's pretty cool and he and his sister have had a lot fun with it. But it's SO ANNOYING. The circus music is so loud and you can't adjust it or turn it off. I had to cut the wires on the speaker because even the kids loved playing with it but after a while would stop because they'd get annoyed with the music too

The claw machine itself is nice. Good controls. Easy to set up. But the huge thing that is a problem. There is no volume control at all. And the volume for it is so loud you can hear it from 2 rooms down. Do yourself a favor and cut the two light blue wires. Claw still works and no extremely loud music.

Bought this for my nephew for Christmas. The entire family of all ages enjoyed it. Just don't over fill it and it works well. I would give 5 stars but the back side came cracked.

The kids loved this until it stopped working after only a month of using it. What a bummer because the kids had a blast. Waist of money!
