🚚 Black Over Drive 15K 5th Wheel Hitch RV Cover by Classic Accessories Review

I just installed this new one on the towbar. I have a Ford OEM version of the washing machine. The cover can be easily attached to the trailer hitch. There are straps to attach the trunk to the base of the hitch. Time will tell if this product will hold up. I wrote a review beforehand because people asked if it would fit this hitch.

Our Husky 5 wheel hitch weighs 258 pounds. I'm getting older and can't get in and out of the truck as easily as I used to - help is always needed. This hitch is expensive (over $800) and I decided to just leave it in the truck, but we live in a coastal area where things get VERY rusty. This clutch cover was easy to install and covers most of the clutch. This is a high quality 24" square, but it would fit better and cover more if it was a 28" or even a 30" square.

I bought this, not a case for temporary use. For the price, it's about what was expected. Generally I have a Patriot Slider clutch and this cover does not cover the entire assembly. Also, I didn't like the gaping hole for the release handle on the driver's side cover (too wide), at least for my application. Overall I don't think this coating will last long in weather conditions (especially if the sun hits it daily). so let's see. Overall I would humbly suggest looking elsewhere as this cover…

Just great! I've dealt with having to remove the fifth wheel (heavyweight) after every camping trip to protect it. With this cover I protect the fifth wheel coupling, load up to 4 bicycles (over the tailgate padding) easily and quickly. I wasn't sure I should try this coating as my joint was larger than advertised but I'm glad I did. It covers the main moving parts, leaving only the legs open. The hooks are on elastic cords so I was able to secure the lid even if it didn't reach the back of the truck. Considering the price and the fact that my connector will not be exposed to the elements, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This fifth wheel case is a life saver especially in the Az heat. It protects my hitch from the scorching sun and keeps grease from getting everywhere. We have a Reese 20K hitch and it fits perfectly. I didn't expect a perfect fit from the universal case. I'm disappointed though - I was expecting a better fit than I got from this classic accessory cap. It doesn't match my draw-tite clutch very well. It's very tight at the bottom of the clutch. So strong in fact that I expect it to break before much time has passed. I received this cover and was impressed with its quality. It fits perfectly on my Husky 16K fifth wheel. The color is black, the width is perfect (not tight but not too loose) and the height of the cover extends to the railing where my hitch was mounted on the back of my truck. The "slit" on the side that the handle passed through was approximately 9 inches horizontally and 2 inches vertically when relaxed (not stretched horizontally or vertically).
