Fantastic filament but first coat adhesion is finicky

I used 1/2 spool of Filacube White and about 3/4 Filacube Purple and I can confidently say this is one of the highest quality filaments around is that I have ever printed with. One thing I noticed is that while some filaments can print on semi-rough substrate surfaces (adhesive residue), this filament will not stick to anything other than a fresh coating. If you're printing on anything other than a fresh layer or straight glass, the first few layers will pull together, affecting the entire…

Tall, long parts in a small area WILL warp

Benefits:* The workmanship is amazing! smooth and slippery* very good intercoat adhesion* dimensionally stable* overall nice prints* made here in the USA* responsive tech support Cons:* Warping. Unexpectedly, you need a table temperature of less than 40°C and even no table heat at all to print large flat items well. but that was not enough for small footprint items but large as the detail in the photos. They were still warped, on EZMat, tape, glue, whatever. it kept him on the bed. I'm still…

Good floss if you can get it to stick

I wanted this floss and loved it as the first print was good then I hated it for adhesion issues and now I'm not sure I would solved liability problem. I'll see if I can update the review if my new technique solves the bed sticking problem. So if you have bed adhesion problems, try to print the first layer very hot. I just started using 225c. I needed a silver thread, I bought this thread because it's a nice color, because it's a pla+ type material and because I thought there would be support…
