So loved this mop when I first got it. I've had it for a little over a month and the trigger broke. It was delivered to my house on August 18th and now on September 26th the trigger broke. Apparently it should have taken longer. And unfortunately I'm just not entitled to a return policy, otherwise I'd exchange it for a new one and blame it on a faulty mop because I really like that mop. but it's no use if the trigger doesn't work. So disappointed.

So far this spray mop works better than my old bucket mop and sponge and is holding up well. I love the fact that I can use my own floor cleaner or just hot tap water. The mop head is detachable and easy to hand wash. I zip it up and hang it to dry (didn't try machine washing). Stock, but I noticed that quickly. So I used this mop twice at work and am very happy with it. I love that it comes with 3 mop heads. The office I bought it for only has vinyl planks installed so it's great for that. I also love the little tool that comes with it. As you can see from the two photos, it does an excellent job of scraping the dirt off the floor.
