Very nice effect. When smoking, the redness comes into its own. But since it's smoky, it's hidden under the black plastic I installed it on.

Easy to install and bright enough. The light source is a single line (like a cat's eye) and may blur in direct sunlight. Otherwise, they are made of high-quality materials.

Used as a side marker light under the PSC fenders on a black Jeep JK. They are so "smoky" that they imperceptibly merge with the wings! Very surprised at how bright they are despite the thick tint! Also, I received them a day earlier than expected!

The light is great, I used it with the EAG spare wheel removal kit on a Jeep JK. I managed to drill out one of the rubber plugs that came with this kit to use as my new third brake light. until I looked at the photo on the list. After swapping the wires, the light worked fine.

Ordered 3/4" pitch tinted red LEDs. I liked the look of the tinted lens and expected some reduction in brightness as a result. Compared to other red lumen LEDs these were smoky The red LEDs were about 1/4 the brightness Also the light distribution was uneven as seen in the photo The LEDs were depressing This is problematic as the position lights are specifically designed to be seen off axis.

It was a cluster from the start. They were cheap, 1/2 the cost at the local parts store, #1. The package was lost. After a few days I finally got my refund. 2. The package appears but when I try to connect them they are dead. Totally non-functional. All the connections worked but I foolishly started searching the circuit anyway to see if there was another problem. I'm glad I didn't pay them in the end. It was a waste of time.
