🔩 10 Pack of Climax Metal Plated Collars Review

Item arrived on time. It was the right size. Unfortunately, the threaded screw holes were poorly drilled and had metal studs that prevented the set screws from being tightened. Bad quality control.

Product works fine but one of the set screws is missing. There was a hole in the packaging (see image above left) and the two set screws were removed from the small packaging and found in the mailer. After I collected all the parts again, a set screw was missing. I don't know who to ask for another set screw. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The first three cuffs I looked at did not have set screws, but after deflating the bag I found that one screw on the bag was loose and a ring had 2 set screws. In fact, they managed to screw in one and then immediately screwed in the other so the first one was in the middle. Both came out very easy (too easy actually. Thanks LocTite!). So in the end only one adjusting screw is missing. I just cut a small hole in the bag and opened it up over the table so I know I didn't drop it. I tried one and
