Google Ad Manager is good, especially early days

The customer service has been excellent! Our account manager always responds quickly when we need help (or even just want clarification) about our campaigns' status- whether it's an ad set running in one campaign but not another; getting insights out for reporting purposes etc., as well as any other questions related specifically to adsense/google advertising platforms themselves.- Reporting capabilities are very limited - which makes sense given how new this platform was at launch time vs now…

Google Docs is great - but not convenient for a team of 4

I like how easy it was for my team members who are not familiar w/SalesForce yet were able train them in just minutes! It's so much easier than trying do everything yourself (or paying someone else). The only thing i dislike about this program now would be if you have more people using your account & they're doing things at once - there isn't an option where one person can see what another has done without having access themselves? This solved our problem by allowing us as small business…

Great way customize search advertising

The ability for us to manage our own campaigns has been very helpful in managing budgets. We can also get insight into campaign performance by tracking keyword spend, ad groups spent, etc which helps identify areas where we could be making more efficient use of budget. Some of the filters are not intuitive (like date range) which makes it difficult to narrow down reporting results, but this isn't something I've really run across too often.
