🧹 ClosetMaid 3462 Broom Mop Holder, 16-inch, White Review

This product is easy to use and meets my expectations but the installation was terrible. First, there is no way to mount it to the wall. The broom holder simply hangs on screws that you screw into the wall. Also, the screws that come with it are too small. This item was pretty cheap but I'm not sure how long it will last with heavy use.

Easy installation, good assembly. Includes three 1-1/2" screws and wall anchors. During trial assembly, I found that the hook's opening direction was impractical, but found that I could not only reverse the hooks, but also move them onto one of the remaining hangers. Very neat The only downside for me was the hooks are very slick and don't exert downforce so the slick handles of the broom and mop slide down until they catch on something, creating friction between it and the handle to see if…

This hanger is just what I needed for my brooms and mops. It took my brother-in-law less than five minutes to install and it works great for keeping my stuff on the ground. Now they are almost flush with the wall and I can fully open the door from the kitchen to the garage. (They used to go in that corner and keep knocking on the door so it wouldn't open all the way.) I have two of these and plan on asking SIL to put another in the garage next to the washer and dryer to hang one on a few things
