Nice warm sweater. Buddy is only 4 months old, weighs 2 pounds, has a 7.5 inch neck, 9.5 chest and the XXS fits well with little room to grow. This fabric does not shrink.

Very cute and soft! Medium is perfect for my 12.5lb Shih Tzu. The sleeves are a bit long, but her legs are short. It's not too tight and not too loose. She seems very comfortable wearing it.
