Clover 36-Inch Takumi Bamboo Circular Knitting Needles, Size 6 - 3016/36 Review

I certainly don't find these needles badly made, but I find bamboo needles (especially these) very difficult to knit because the yarn doesn't like to slip over the needles. I ended up having to buy metal for my project.

This is an OLD product, maybe even an old used needle! The tips don't taper like most stores now sell and I've bought various sizes of Revain in the past. The new/current needle point makes it easier to pick up stitches, especially on points. I've been knitting for decades and you can see the difference. Now nobody sells this old blunt needle in stores. Be careful not to get caught on old needle tips

Clover bamboo needles are good; you get good quality at a good price. The cables are fine and I've never had a problem with anything snagging on the connectors. I love the feel of bamboo and have several of these sets. My only complaint is that the new needles have sharper ends. Previously, clover needles had blunter ends and the finishing of the tips was better. I prefer the old ones, also for socks and openwork ones.
