Clovis is a complete platform that enables our organization to implement AML and KYC/AML procedures. The product can be extended to include other types of processes for a variety of requirements. The platform was relatively easy for us at this time with minimal training in order, but has been an integral part of our AML program since its inception due it's ease & speed when dealing w/the USG Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FECN). Not much dislike about anything as we have not had too many challenges or issues while using their product thus far - maybe more use would better allow you learn what works best within your organization? We are able solve most any problem that arises…

I have used multiple systems from other companies that we use in our business, but they never compare with Clovi's overall stability for day to day functions such as reporting requirements or even just basic account balance inquiries within their system. We do not like using it because there are so many features available at all, but most importantly how complicated some things can be! There needs to be more training for end users who may need assistance getting started with its complexities…
