Please note the requirement for 5/8 " chuck

Will not fit standard 1/2" drill chuck. My fault for not reading the specs more carefully. However, why would they make a racquet that won't work with a 1/2 inch chuck?

This is a quality product; however description.

This is a quality product; However, from the description on the website it is not clear that this cutter will cut a "conical" plug. What I really wanted was a straight connector. It works well for what was intended.

exactly what I needed

Great cutter for larger holes. In my case, I needed to patch a few holes in a 1929 oak floor that once had a gas line. That (plus a nice Forstner piece) did a wonderful job. If you take a little time to adjust the texture and tone of the wood, you won't even be able to find the patch after sanding and polishing.
