Excellent Router Bit for Precision Cutting

This carbide tipped router bit is perfect for industrial and scientific use. As my tests showed, it consistently produced clean and precise cuts without any signs of dulling. Amazing, light and tight bevels

Although it takes time to set up those perfect bevels, this accessory is capable of producing a flawless end product. However, keep in mind that this is a very large piece - anything less than a 2 1/4hp router motor will do.

Good, but far from great

CMT makes great beats. But it has some inherent problems. The board to be cut, standing upright on the router table rail, has a fairly jagged edge that tends to leave some gaps along the seam when the second board is cut (cut along the table). Be prepared to use lots of clamps - I mean LOTS to try and make a seamless connection. I don't think it's the beat or the quality of CMT. It seems to me that this is the nature of this type of beat.
