Easy User Friendly Software That Has A Lot Of Features

I love how easy it was for me as a user who had no training in Emergency Management or Crisis Communications to learn this software quickly! It's very intuitive and makes sense once you get used to it. The only thing I dislike about Cobra is that they do not offer additional licenses after one year of use (the trial version). You can't have more than 1 license per organization/department. If your department uses multiple applications like we did with our HRIS suite, Cobra will help you keep…

Great Customer Service and Easy to Use Interface

This software has allowed me access my reports for all clients in one place which makes it easy when trying find data or documents about certain client's insurance needs! The customer service support was not always there but I am sure they are working hard towards building their team of specialists who can help those needing assistance from this program as well!! COBRA is an older version application that needs constant maintenance and updates

The user interface for cobra was not intuitive - it took some time but we were able learn how things work in this software by trial-and error method of figuring out where everything should be placed within our department structure! We had many issues getting started using cobrap as well which made training difficult initially (it's definitely very complex). Cobraph has been working hard over last several years trying different ways to make their product more accessible/user friendly; however…

  • Great tool that provides easy accessibility into your electric, gas usage information at any given location you choose..this is extremely helpful especially around times such hurricane season here along Florida coasts..I use cobrab regularly during those periods just because i know my own energy consumption patterns better than anyone else does...It lets me check daily peak hours vs low offpeak hrs for each month
