I love this leash. That's what I always reach for first. Beautiful skin, even with the delicious smell of real leather. I really appreciate the confident control of my very responsive 65 pound pup with this shorter leash.

Very high quality, very well made I train German Shepherds for law enforcement and need very strong leather leashes for strip work This definitely suits my needs durable leather. Not to mention their very eye-catching leather work.

Beautiful leash, buckle/clip are AMAZING! That's the best part. The leash wears out quickly, the leather wears out ridiculously, I mean after a few months it starts to wear out quickly. Although I used it every day. I have a service dog If used infrequently, it will last much longer. A nice leash but wears out quickly in my opinion. Non-leading movement, MUCH LONGER at about 3.5 feet.

This leash is such good quality leather, my daughter has a pitbull puppy, she prefers a longer leash, I can't handle it so I bought this, it stays by my side. I don't have to wrap it around my wrist. My daughter could handle a longer leash. I can not. I want a dog that is close to me and she thinks it's perfect just because the dog needs to stay close to you. I have a longer leash is too much work, is easy, we go, she stays by my side, no problem.

The leash is beautiful but the smell is TERRIBLE. Now I've left it hanging on the porch trying to get rid of the horrible, pungent chemical smell, but when I open the front door, the smell literally seeps into the house. it can only be removed by thorough cleaning and I can only imagine the horrible working conditions the people who made this product had to endure in order for me to get this leash. When ordering I thought the strap might be narrower (hard to tell from the picture but it looked wider than I thought) but I was predisposed to be identical to the leash we borrowed from a friend , and wanted a same. This leash is very beautiful and durable. One star off because the clasp is too heavy. My dog is 55lbs for reference and to be honest this leash is way more than I would ever need with it. This leash would probably be more ideal for those whose dog pulls incredibly hard and has a lot of power behind them. In this case, I would also recommend training and/or a halting line. A trained dog is a confident and happy dog. ;)
